[Solved] I can´t activate my SL20 credits

I have problem with my SL20 credit, I bought it form GSMINFO.pl since November 2009 (100 credits) and I had never used, and now I have 0 credit. Why?
I was trying to activate the SL20 RPL standalone and I can´t. I never check if the credit was charge ok because I assume that all be right, but there was some problem and now my credit is 0.
I was trying to activate de credits with Mtbox credits generator but nothing, it is the log:
Connecting to server...
Connected - Verifying PayPal data in progress...
>> Due to too many paypal cheaters USA/Canada payments are no more accepted.Ask paypal for refund your money.Sorry but is best way.
Communication Closed.

GSMINFO could you help me please? (I have the Transaction ID of the pay to Astel)
