Please when register include your MT Box serial number, this will help us to solve many problems related to your support questions without to lose so much time asking you for MT Box serial number.
Your MT Box serial number is visible only to forum Administrator.
All accounts without or with fake serial number will be disabled immediately.
• Please post ONLY in English language. If you have problem to write in English language you can use Google translator.

• Please without questions "When will be update, when will be supported this phone". Our developer team are always under research. When update is ready we will announce it in Software updates section.
• When have a problem 1st read user manuals, watch the video manuals on Griffin Team You Tube channel and try to find solution.
• If you can't find solution for your problem go to forum and before make a post use " search " button.
• If this method can't help you, choice right section then open new topic.
• Duplicate threads will be deleted also without notification.
• When make a question will be very helpful to copy/paste log from software then will be much easy to see where is the problem and help you ASAP.
• Please understand that sometime problem is not so easy and we need much time to find solution and answer your question.
• Do not send support questions to product supporters by E-MAIL or PM (private messages)
• DO not abuse or send support questions using POST REPORT SYSTEM to all moderators, please post on forum.
• Please all your questions for support write on public forum, this also will help to other people who have similar problems.

• If you want to thank a member the only way to do this, is the "Thanks" button. We don't want to see daily posts xxx like "thanks" "nice post" "well done" "good move" "nice release" etc.. for this we have made "thanks" button. All those posts will be deleted without notification.

• Every Griffin Team user, does not matter from which reseller they bay the box, server credits etc if have any problem can post here and Product Supporters will give fast and clear answers ASAP

• We know you have angry customers in your office and have problem you must solve it ASAP, because you kill your customer toy. If you are not sure about right way how to work with software, fill free to SEARCH the forum, if cant find answer just choice right section and make question.
• The best way to find fast help is to use SEARCH button, why? We are not lazy to answer you but, sometime we are not online in the moment you need help. About 70roblems are already solved and posted by someone. Just spend 5 minutes and you can save a lot of money, time and nerves.

Rules for GT server credits generators section only:
• All GT resellers (Green nick name) can have their customer support section in GT support forum
• All GT reseller sections is moderated by service owner ( MT box On-Line Credits Generator by GSM info is moderated by reseller GSM info )

• Griffin Team does not have any relations with these services, all these services will be supported by their owners
• Griffin Team has rights to close any reseller section if Reseller break these rules 3 times
• Griffin Team has rights to close any reseller section if Reseller does not answer their customers ASAP
• Griffin Team has rights to close any reseller section if Reseller service is bad
• Griffin Team has rights to change rules at any time
